Throughout the first part of this module, we have talked about the importance of giving feedback so that students can learn. But… What really is feedback?
In the new assessment for learning paradigm, feedback is more than a giving a mark or making a few notes on a task.
This new understanding of feedback gives the student great importance. Students are very active in their assessment, even if the teacher gives the feedback, because they’re no longer “passive comment recipients”.
